ICHEP08 will have some space set aside for industrial or commercial exhibitors in the Lobby of Houston Hall near Registration and coffee breaks. An "Exhibit" is one or more six foot table with chairs (there is no room for large industrial displays) and exhibitors are welcome to provide customized table coverings or backdrops. Each table "unit" will include very limited credentials for one staff person. Exhibitors may obtain, at increased cost, credentials for their staff to attend the Conference social events and mingle with the attendees in a, perhaps, more interesting venue.
