The fee for conference registration included a reception at the University of Pennsylvania museum of Archaeology and Anthropology on July 30, 2008, a reception at the Philadelphia Museum of Art on August 3, 2008, as well as coffee service throughout the conference. There is an additional $75.00 (USD) fee for each guest accompanying a registrant to the Philadelphia Museum of Art reception.

Accommodations are not part of the registration process or fee.
