Schedule for ICHEP08
The 34th International Conference on High Energy Physics takes place from
the evening of Tuesday, 29 July until the end of the afternoon on Tuesday,
5 August. An outline of the schedule is below (specific times subject
to change):
Tue: 29 Jul. Registration in Houston Hall from 5pm-9pm
Light refreshments will be available
Parallel Session (held in Houston Hall and Cohen Hall)
Wed. 30 Jul. Parallel Sessions
Reception at the University of Pennsylvania Museum of
Archaeology and Antropology (http://www.museum.upenn.edu/)
doors open at 5:30pm, food service begins at 6pm, museum closes at 10pm
Thu. 31 Jul. Parallel Sessions
Poster Session 5pm - 7pm Irvine Hall
Wine and Cheese will be served.
Fri. 01 Aug. Parallel Sessions
Concert: Irvine Auditorium 8pm to 10pm
Sat. 02 Aug. Free Day
ICFA and C11 meetings
Plenary Agenda (Plenary talks held in Irvine Auditorium)
Sun. 03 Aug. Plenary Sessions
Banquet at the Philadelphia Museum of Art 6:30pm to 10:00pm
First bus leaves Houston Hall at 6pm. Last bus leaves for the museum at 7:30.

Public lecture 8pm to 10pm (Irvine Auditorium)
